- A private detached dwelling converted into 6 flats during the mid 1980’s; brick construction; timber floors with a flat asphalt roof
- Please advise if the property:
- is not in a good state of repair
- is currently or has ever been affected by subsidence or flooding.
- is currently undergoing renovation, repair or conversion or if any such work is planned in the next 12 months
- is wholly or in part used as holiday homes; bedsits and/or student accommodation; a hostel and/or housing for local authority or charitable organisations.
- Please provide basic details of all claims made during the last 3 years (minimum) 5 years if possible. e.g.
